From experience in this industry, we understand that construction projects can be overwhelming, time-consuming, and expensive. Our goal is to remove as many of those burdens as possible and serve as your representatives from inception through closeout. If you are a church pastor, developer, restauranteur, business owner/manager, etc. that desires to renovate, expand, or start from scratch, we can assist you.
WCS is not a typical General Contractor or Construction Manager. We act as a trusted partner, leading projects with complete transparency, proactive communication, and disciplined execution. From planning through closeout, our focus is delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality—so our clients can stay focused on what matters most.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Warren Construction Solutions won't leave you behind when the project is complete. Like anything else, facilities need to be maintained and we understand it's tough to keep up with regular maintenance schedules, or deal with issues when they arise because you're busy with your day job. We want to continue to serve you by managing your facilities. We also understand that each facility is different so we will present a facilities management package that is tailored to your needs.

OUR STORY
Warren Construction Solutions, LLC was founded by Jay and Ashley Warren to serve organizations and leaders who feel called to build—but do not have the ability to put their lives or missions on hold to manage construction projects or ongoing facility needs. WCS exists to remove that burden by providing trusted leadership, clear communication, and dependable execution from concept through completion.

The Warrens’ foundation in the construction industry began in their hometown of Collinsville, Mississippi, in the early 2000s. Ashley’s passion for owning and operating a business was inspired by her late grandfather, Calvin Moffett, who successfully owned and operated Moffett Construction. Jay’s career followed a hands-on path—starting as a laborer in high school and progressing to Project Manager and ultimately Vice President of Construction Operations. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Construction Management and Land Development, followed by an MBA with a concentration in Project Management.
Since leaving their hometown, Jay and Ashley have lived and worked across the United States—from Washington State to the Carolinas—managing complex construction projects for both public and private clients.
Today, they reside near Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they are raising their three children and actively serving their local church. Beyond their professional roles, the Warrens share a deep commitment to serving others through the construction industry by leading projects with integrity, transparency, and excellence—allowing their clients to stay focused on what matters most.
